It seems that the internet is just loaded with scams and deceptive opportunities today, so the list may be slow coming, but I'll be glad to share what I find.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
J• 5 years hotel/ restaurant operations experience in leadership position as Market Partner, Regional or Area Director, VP of Operations, Director of Sales, Director of Operations, General Manager or Senior leadership position or strong sales background, preferable in hotel, food service or hospitality 

• Past earnings history of 50k-150k annually 

• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a passion and knowledge of the Hospitality Industry

HVACR Part/Full Time Remote Receptionist

HVACR REMOTE RECEPTIONIST

IMMEDIATE HIRE!!

We are a local heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration company (HVACR) in need of a Remote Receptionist. This is a work from home position. You must have high speed internet. You will be responsible for dispatching. Must have excellent organization skills, written skills, telephone skills, and be able to work in a fast paced/high pressure environment, where the response time is critical. Must be proficient with Microsoft word and excel. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering business phone calls, dispatching service calls to technicians, scheduling appointments with customers, and following up with customers to confirm appointments.

This is mostly an afterhours and weekend position. You would be responsible for taking our calls from 5-8pm on weekdays and 8am-8pm on weekends, with the possibility of increased hours into the daytime if interested and available We are looking for someone who will be available during our busy season, from November through January and April through August, with the possibility of more hours when we can accommodate with our evergrowing business.

You must have professional attitude, friendly, helpful, motivated, communicate and organized

Work from home, Flexible Mother's Hours

Small Andover home-based education/entertainment business has immediate need for your help connecting with schools and PTAs.

One "product" is guaranteed to be the best the school has EVER HAD or they don't have to pay for it. (It's a great product.) It also boasts more principals' raving testimonial letters than anything else in the COUNTRY.

Your primary responsibility is to develop rapport and work out details and commitment with schools who have already provided their contact information and indicated they are interested. If you are unable to fill the pipeline (100 per school-year) from the provided contacts, you may also need to gather additional school leads. You should help with improving marketing material and communications, but this is primarily DOING the communicating with PTA's and schools and could be classified as an entry-level "sales" position.

Honesty and integrity is a must. Plenty of home office support.
Ideal candidate is highly organized and can make calls, take calls, and send e-mails from home. Connections with multiple PTAs a plus.

You need to be

• able to communicate effectively (using proper grammar) with PTA members, teachers, and principals

Excellent Writer Wanted

This is a position for an -Excellent Writer- who is creative, reliable, and can write with "personality" along with accuracy.

Our company is based in Miami Beach.

You will write articles based on various "current events" stories, and some "evergreen" topics. Evergreen topics are things that can be written about at any time - not tied to a specific event or date in time.

Topics could include:

#2) Please provide your desired hourly rate based on a part time position (may also become full time), and also an estimate of how many words you can produce in one hour - including light research, selecting a photo/photos, etc.
