Operations & Marketing Support Person
Software company is seeking a WORK FROM HOME - Operations & Marketing Support Person for 8AM-5PM EDT
with occasional weekend work required. Starting pay $20/hr
Ideal candidate must have experience in working with
Salesforce
ZenDesk
Email Mailing systems (Constant Contact, ExactTarget, etc)
Shopping Cart (Ultracart, OneShopping Cart, Paypal)
Excel
Some Dreamweaver or other HTML editor
Some Photoshop knowledge
Location:
Anywhere in the US with preference given to Northern VA with ability to start work 8am EDT.
Requirements:
PC/Mac with web browser
Internet connection of sufficient speed to watch youtube video
Microphone and quiet environment for occasional Skype calls
Good at testing of hyper-linking, affiliate cookies and tracking codes
Intermediate familiarity with web based application terminology, html, css, and javascript (php a definite plus)
Attention to detail
Essential Duties:
Handle multiple tasks
Conduct work within requested time of 8am EDT to 5pm EDT
Create and update help documentation and FAQ as needed
Knowledge of Salesforce as an admin- report creation in particular
Working knowledge of HTML and graphic design - ability to resize an image, edit html and set up emails in both paste html and text
Assist the Marketing/Newsletter Group with production of weekly and monthly e-newsletter publications by editing content for
quality and accuracy; checking all links within the newsletters; and creating a corresponding text version.
Education:
