Business Wise has been headquartered in Atlanta since 1980 & offers Research Associates the ability to work from home. Applicants must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the Metro Atlanta area of GA or the Greater Charlotte, NC area.
Qualifications: Research Associates must be articulate with a pleasant phone manner,able to work independently;be detail oriented, & have excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous business related telephone or customer service experience preferred. A landline phone & long distance are required. A headset is preferred but not required.
Benefits: Research Associates have the advantage & flexibility of working from home.
They are required to come into the office for training and review,
work exchange, and departmental meetings. The typical Research
Associate spends 1-2 hours per month in the office after training.
Work Hours: You create your schedule & have the ability to work 20 – 30 hours per week between 8:00 AM & 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.
